- The primary objectives are to address and enhance the stability of non-asbestos friction materials and the conveying/weighing/operation processes of different materials, as well as to maintain the confidentiality of core formulation technologies. Compared with existing domestic batching systems, this approach enables more refined classification and weighing of raw materials.
- Intelligent Material Transfer System Project: This system comprises a raw material recognition unit, storage unit, automatic dosing unit, mobile cart weighing and conveying unit, automatic mixing unit, intelligent transfer unit, independent dust removal system, electrical automatic control system, data storage and wireless communication transmission system unit, etc.
- Enhance the flexibility of production planning and maintain continuous high-efficiency production capacity
- The system now features a remote monitoring and control module, enabling real-time monitoring via office computers and management devices. It also includes a reserved interface for future MES smart factory upgrades.
