It is equipped with advanced brake pad development and testing hardware, including multiple brake dynamometer test benches for commercial vehicles, passenger cars, and motorcycles. With a comprehensive suite of equipment—including CHASE, KRAUSS, drag, constant speed, thermal expansion, and compression testers—the center can perform performance testing for automotive friction materials in full compliance with major standards from China, the United States, and the European Union.
