Zhengzhou Baiyun Company exported a batch of drum brake pad automated production lines to Turkey at the end of 2023.
Our after-sales service engineers were invited to the customer’s site on April 14, 2024, for installation and commissioning.
After a week of communication and intensive work, the installation and commissioning were completed on April 22nd, and the training of operators and trial production began. The project was successfully completed on April 26th, marking the successful completion of this after-sales service.
This Chinese-style after-sales speed set a new record for our overseas after-sales installation speed.
This fully demonstrates the reliability and stability of Baiyun’s brake pad automation equipment project operation, and is inseparable from our thorough communication with the customer in the early stages, proactive planning, the hard work of our on-site after-sales engineers, and the close cooperation of the Baiyun team.

In June 2025, we revisited the customer’s site to understand the equipment usage, answer customer questions, and introduce our new products and processes to the customer, receiving a warm reception.
