Suitable for double grinding of the outside limit lines of commercial vehicle drum brake shoes, specially designed for Fuwa 16-ton Type A and Type B shoes.
Processing Description
Brake shoes after outside grinding are conveyed by the belt to the front of the limit line grinder. The automatic shoe loading system, composed of photoelectric switches and pneumatic components, feeds the brake shoes to the grinding position. Driven and rotated by a special fixture, the brake shoes pass through the upper and lower limit line grinding stations in sequence. Two diamond grinding wheels (upper and lower) grind the upper and lower limit lines of the brake shoes. After grinding, the automatic shoe unloading system (also composed of photoelectric switches and pneumatic components) pushes the brake shoes back onto the conveyor belt, completing the grinding of the upper and lower limit lines.
