    Application

    For comprehensive grinding of commercial vehicle drum brake shoes, including end face grinding, chamfering, inside grinding, and brushing.

    Processing Description

    Operators manually place blanks into the storage hopper according to the grinding direction of brake shoes. A cylinder-driven rotary shoe feeding mechanism under the hopper feeds the shoes into processing. The brake shoes move along a dedicated track and sequentially undergo double-sided chord length grinding, double-sided chamfering, inside grinding, and brushing to complete the combined processing. A brushing wheel is installed at the discharge station to reduce airborne contamination during processing.
