Purpose
Suitable for drilling marking holes and limitation holes on C.V. brake linings.
Processing Description
The brake linings are conveyed by a conveyor belt to the loading device of the single-station drilling machine. An automatic loading system composed of optical sensors and pneumatic actuators positions the brake pads at the designated drilling locations on the CNC drilling fixture. A dual-head power unit driven by hydraulic cylinders completes the drilling of two marking holes on the thin end of each brake lining in a single operation. As the brake linings are fed sequentially, those with the marked holes are ejected by the subsequent pad moving to the drilling position to the unloading device. An automatic unloading system utilizing optical sensors and pneumatic actuators then pushes the brake pads back onto the conveyor belt, completing the drilling process.
Equipment Advantages
Equipped with a CNC control system, it allows convenient CNC indexing for mold replacement and product data adjustment. The diamond grinding head ensures high precision and long service life.
