Suitable for the grouting process of Fuhua 16-ton TA or TB brake pads used in heavy-duty trucks.
Processing Description
The brake pads of the storage hopper are advanced by a dedicated chain, sequentially passing through the rotating inner and outer arc wire wheels for ash removal. This process completes the surface ash-brushing operation on both the inner and outer surfaces of the brake pads in a single pass, after which the chain transports the workpiece out of the ash-brushing zone.
